Our tools include, but are not limited to: thumbnail downloading, channel ID lookup, region restriction checking, monetization analysis, tag extraction, earnings estimation, video extraction, and DailyMotion search.

All tools rely on publicly available APIs. We make no guarantees about data accuracy, completeness, or availability.

You may use our service for lawful purposes only. Permitted uses include:

• Personal research and analysis
• Content creation and YouTube channel management
• Academic and educational research
• Business intelligence and competitive analysis
• Journalism and reporting on publicly available YouTube data

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to overload, damage, or disrupt the website or its infrastructure

The WatanNetwork name, logo, website design, and original content are the intellectual property of WatanNetwork and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our branding or content without prior written permission.

Data retrieved from YouTube via our tools belongs to the respective content creators and YouTube / Google LLC. We make no claim of ownership over any YouTube data.

Our service uses the YouTube Data API v3 provided by Google LLC. By using our tools, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with YouTube, Google LLC, or DailyMotion. Any third-party trademarks referenced are the property of their respective owners.

Our service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• The data retrieved is accurate, complete, or up to date
• The service will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors in the service will be corrected

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WatanNetwork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, given our service is free, shall be zero).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WatanNetwork and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
